Why We Exist

Our Values

At the heart of our mission is the call to serve. We believe that service is not merely an action, but a reflection of our relationship with God—the outward expression of an inward transformation. By framing each of our core values around the concept of “service,” we align our work, our relationships, and our character with the example of Christ, who “did not come to be served, but to serve” (Matthew 20:28).

Trust in Jesus

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5–6).
We place our trust in Jesus Christ in all that we do. We serve with humility and obedience, recognizing our actions as expressions of faith.
Compassion

“Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble” (1 Peter 3:8, NIV).
Acting with compassion transforms the way we live. Compassion literally means “to suffer with.” It means that another person’s struggles become our own. We demonstrate kindness, love, empathy, and genuine concern for others, especially those who are suffering or in need.
Integrity & Stewardship

“This is how we should be regarded: as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:1–2).
We place our trust in Jesus Christ in all that we do. We serve with humility and obedience, recognizing our actions as expressions of faith.
Excellence

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters… It is the Lord Christ you are serving” (Colossians 3:23–24).
We strive for the highest standard because we serve a God of excellence. Creation itself reflects excellence, beauty, and perfection, and we seek to honor God by reflecting these qualities in our work.
Team Work

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor… A cord of three strands is not quickly broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:9–12).
Everyone brings unique skills and strengths. When we serve together, we can accomplish far more than when we serve alone. For this reason, we collaborate, share ideas and expertise, and support one another in overcoming challenges and working toward a common goal.
Relationally

“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves” (Romans 12:10).
We are friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in others. We prioritize building strong, lasting relationships and valuing the needs of those we work with, serve, and partner alongside.

Our Statement of Faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired and the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, with equality across racial, gender, and class difference.
